CEMS DONE RIGHT STARTS WITH HOW WE WORK.

Independent. Responsive. Built on long-term relationships.

BUILT ON EXPERIENCE. PROVEN IN THE FIELD.

STI designs, integrates, and supports CEMS systems for facilities throughout the US.

We’re known for being responsive, reliable, and easy to work with—because we come from the field, do the job right, and stand behind it.

Our story

STI was built in the field, not behind a desk.

After serving in the U.S. Air Force, Wade Day began his career as a service technician, learning the realities of CEMS work firsthand. By 2003, he was ready to do things differently. With a small shop in Waldron, Arkansas, a reliable UPS route, and a couple of committed partners, STI CEMS was built from the ground up.

From the beginning, the focus was simple: learn continuously, build strong relationships, and do the work the right way. That meant asking questions, leaning on trusted industry experts, and staying accountable to the people depending on the system to perform.

That approach hasn’t changed.

Today, STI CEMS supports facilities across the country with a growing team of technicians, engineers, and support staff. We’ve expanded our reach, but not our priorities. We still believe in straight answers, honest recommendations, and long-term relationships built on trust.

A group of eight people, five men and three women, wearing casual clothes in red and blue shirts, pose smiling in front of a large garage door. The sky is cloudy, and they appear to be outside a commercial building.

WHAT SETS STI APART

WE’RE A TRUE INTEGRATOR

We’re not tied to a single manufacturer. That means we select the right equipment for your facility — not what we’re trying to sell.

WE SHOW UP AND SUPPORT THE WORK

When something needs attention, you call — we answer. Our team works in the field every day, supporting systems long after installation.

WHAT IS A VOSB (VETERAN-OWNED SMALL BUSINESS) AND A SERVICE-DISABLED VETERAN-OWNED SMALL BUSINESS (SDVOSB)?

STI is proud to be Service Disabled Vetran Owned Small Business. Every freedom, privilege, and opportunity available to Americans is a debt owed to the men and women who sacrifice these benefits in service to our country. The priceless cost of their service can never be repaid, but many people want to honor and thank veterans through community and financial support. About three million veterans have opened small businesses across the nation, and for them a business certification, such as VOSB or SDVOSB, can open the door to better business, bigger clients, and exclusive government contracts. By joining this diverse global supply chain, veterans are open to new opportunities and give their communities another way to say, “Thank you for your service.”
